General Questions

We serve Philadelphia and nearby areas. If you are not sure whether your location is within our service area, just contact us with your ZIP code or address, and we will let you know.
Our services are usually available on weekdays from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, the schedule may be adjusted depending on your project. Feel free to reach out.
In many cases, yes. Availability depends on the type of work, your location, and our current schedule. If you need urgent help, send us a message and we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible.
Prices for our basic services are listed on our website in the relevant sections. To discuss the details, please contact us through our Get in Touch form and tell us about your project. We will continue the conversation by email or text message. If needed, we may ask for additional information, such as photos, a product link, or other details. Work begins after the price is agreed upon.
We accept credit and debit card payments. Payment is typically made after the work is completed.
You can absolutely combine several services in one visit. Many customers book us for a mix of handyman work, smart home installation, TV mounting, furniture assembly, or computer and network help during the same appointment.
Yes. We arrive with professional tools and equipment needed for most standard installation, mounting, assembly, and troubleshooting jobs.
Yes. Many customers already have their own TV mount, smart thermostat, camera, shelves, furniture, router, or other equipment. We can install or set up customer-supplied items in most cases.
Yes. We can work in houses, apartments, condos, and many office or small business environments. If your building has special rules, parking restrictions, or certificate requirements, please let us know in advance.
Yes. We always try to leave the work area neat and clean. Our goal is for the finished result to look professional, organized, and ready to use.
That is usually not a problem. Please let us know as early as possible, and we will work with you to arrange a new time.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty details may depend on the type of service provided and whether the equipment was supplied by the customer or manufacturer. If you have questions about a specific job, feel free to ask before booking.
In most cases, it helps to clear the work area and make sure the items to be installed or assembled are on site. If special access instructions, parking information, or building entry details are needed, please send them ahead of time.
